We are adding Salt-N-Skin gift cards in February.  Currently available for purchase online e-gift cards with Serendipity and all services valid with Liane McWilliams only.  They have a one-year expiration from date of purchase.  

*IMPORTANT Serendipity Gift Cards:  please schedule with Liane McWilliams.
Please have your gift card present at the time of check out or you will be asked to pay an alternative way.  We can research a misplaced E-gift card only with 72 hours' notice.  Please email saltnskin@gmail.com if you need assistance recovering your E-gift card.  If lost your plastic gift card, we treat those as cash and can’t help you. 

Starting October 1, 2024, all guests will need to have a credit card on file to book an appointment and agree to our policies regarding appointments and no shows. 

We respect your time, and ask you to respect our time.  As a small business and good business practice in general, please provide a full 24-hour cancellation notice, or you will be charged up to 50% of your services.  You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged up to 50% of your scheduled services if no one is on the wait list.

No-shows will be charged 100%. 

Your account will be locked until payment is made if your card declines. 

All customers are required to have a credit card (not gift card) on file to book an appointment.  If you text or message us for an appointment and do not have a card on file, we will ask that you call us when you can with that information to secure your appointment time.  If you do not wish to put a card on file, you will need to make arrangements to pay for your appointment in advance. Your credit card holds your appointment; it is not charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up.
