POLICIES

All customers are required to have a credit card (not gift card) on file to book an appointment.  If you text or message us for an appointment and do not have a card on file, we will ask that you call us when you can with that information to secure your appointment time.  If you do not wish to put a card on file, you will need to make arrangements to pay for your appointment in advance. Your credit card holds your appointment; it is not charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up.

Starting October 1, 2024, all guests will need to have a credit card on file to book an appointment and agree to our policies regarding appointments and no shows. 

We respect your time, and ask you to respect our time.  As a small business and good business practice in general, please provide a full 24-hour cancellation notice, or you will be charged up to 50% of your services.  You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged up to 50% of your scheduled services if no one is on the wait list.

No-shows will be charged 100%. 

Your account will be locked until payment is made if your card declines. 

Effective April 2025, I no longer sell gift cards.

*IMPORTANT Serendipity Gift Cards are valid only with Liane McWilliams or Linda Ballard.
Please have your gift card present at the time of check out or you will be asked to pay an alternative way.  We can research a misplaced E-gift card only with 72 hours notice.  If you lost your plastic gift card, we treat those as cash and can’t help you.
