Dermaplaning

Any of our facials can be a dermaplaning facial.  It involves removing the vellus peach fuzz hair- it is a form of exfoliation.  This service enhances product penetration, makeup goes on smoothly and gives a look of a brighter complexion.

As with any facial we will review your consent forms to ensure you are able receive the dermaplaning facial.  We analyze your skin at the time of service and customize your products to enhance your skin for radiance, address skin concerns and use products for the treatment of fine lines, dehydration, mild breakouts, and redness.  Aftercare is given along with instructions.

Contraindications: cold sores, chemotherapy treatment, use of Accutane within a year, uncontrollable diabetes, active acne, vascular lesions, blood thinners, and sunburns / facial tanning bed use.  In addition, clients that have rosacea or experience erythema with exfoliation maybe contraindicated.  

*If you have had any recent chemical peels, facial waxing, using Retin-A, or topical agents such as glycolic acid in the last seven days we will not be able to preform the service.  Please stop using products one week before dermaplaning.
