May also include Effleurage, Petrissage, Kneading, Tapotement. A massage experience guaranteed to relax you with a rhythmic flow, hot oils or lotions used to reduce stress and ease tension.

Schedule a Therapeutic Massage session to combine a mix of deep tissue, trigger point work, some stretching if desired, light gliding strokes, kneading and some fascia work. People who are on blood thinners, pregnant, have bleeding or clot disorders should not get this service.

Enjoy hot stones with your massage.  A 75-minute service to focus on soothing muscles, unwinding and experience ultimate relaxation. 

This is done side line with body pillows placed accordingly to relax you while on the memory foam table. We are able to work arms, legs, neck, back and feet.  Upgrade to the 90-minute pregnancy massage to have a 30-minute foot treatment in with your massage.  *You must be out of the first trimester and without any contraindications.

A sheer tranquil experience with steam, hot stones, exfoliating body scrub of your choice, light soothing Swedish massage strokes.  This 75-minute service is the ultimate treat to your body.  From start to finish experience a gentle flow of heat, an invigorating body scrub that soothes the skin from head to toe.  

Farmhouse Fresh relaxing foot treatment is a 30-minute treatment, includes foot scrub, a honey heel glaze, massage, hot towels and foot mask. 

This is total Bliss - enjoy a relaxing scalp and face massage using strokes to help relax all the tension in your temples, and TMJ area, plus a soothing aromatic massage and Swedish massage to destress. Enjoy steamed aromatherapy for sinus decongestion.
