I am a graduate from the University of Louisville with bachelor's degree in science. Also, Dual Licensed in Massage Therapy and a licensed Esthetician since 2014. I became a certified permanent makeup artist with over 100 hours of permanent cosmetic training at the Vesta Institute in Ft. Lauderdale.  I continue to study permanent makeup, although its not in my list of services (yet).   My first love is massage, being a massage therapist with over 19 years, I take pride working on each person to help alleviate aches or pains. I started our working in a Premier Aveda salon and spa in Louisville, went on to own two Aveda spa locations and decided to create my own unique atmosphere, since I was not into cosmetology.  I have additional training in Chicago with Ayurvedic techniques.  Not to mention a thorough knowledge of skincare and color theory. I love people and truly care how stress and disease effects the body.  I would love to have you on my treatment table.

Graduate from Paul Mitchell school in Louisville, as a licensed cosmetologist with over 2 years' experience in the beauty industry, I’ve come to find my passion in skincare! My favorite thing about the beauty industry is being able to make people feel like the best versions of themselves. I like to create a comfortable atmosphere, where I can connect with clients and get a deep understanding of all needs and concerns. Through my past experience working as a facial specialist, I’ve been able to obtain a wide range of training and knowledge so that I can assist every person with their skin care needs!

Jonathan is an expert-level John F. Barnes Myofascial Release® therapist and licensed massage therapist with over ten years of experience. He is acertified IIN Health and Nutrition and NLP Coach with a strong background in athletic performance and high-level competition.

Jonathan attended the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated and became a licensed massage therapy practitioner. 

Jonathan is passionate about expanding his knowledge and skills and continues to train under John F. Barnes by attending MFR seminars each year. Jonathan is very in tune with the needs of the body and strives to use those skills to follow those cues throughout the fascial system. Jonathan is committed to bringing many other advanced tools and techniques to his practice, and he aims to help clients heal quickly and regain mobility. He constantly attends seminars and studies new treatment technics, including trigger point therapy, Erik Dalton Myoskeletal Technics, and Til Luchuo Orthopedic Bodywork.  

I am a graduate from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, trained in myofascial massage and trigger point release to alleviate pain, as well as several stretching techniques to increase mobility. 

I also have an educational background in holistic nutrition and bodywork in the field of Ayurvedic medicine. I graduated from California College of Ayurveda in 2015 as a certified Ayurvedic Health Educator as well as Abhyanga Lymphatic bodywork.
