POLICIES

Starting October 1, 2024, all guests will need to have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment and agree to our policies regarding appointments and no shows.  

We respect your time, and we respect our employee's time.  As a small business and good business practice in general, we ask you give us a full 24 hours cancellation notice, or you will be charge for 50% of your services that day and no-shows are charged 100%.  This allows us to pay our employee for their time. as they are on a commissioned based pay.
However, if you call less than 24 hours, we can do our best to fill the slot if we have a client on the waitlist and not charge you if we fill your appointment. Please know you are able to cancel online up to 24 hours with no fee.  Anything after 24 hours will incur a fee. 

Any no- shows your card will be charge 100%.

Your account will be locked until payment made if your card declines.
