Starting October 1, 2024, all guests will need to have a credit card on file to book an appointment and agree to our policies regarding appointments and no shows.
We respect your time, and we respect our employee's time. As a small business and good business practice in general, we ask you to give us a full 24-hour cancellation notice, or you will be charged 50% of your services. This allows us to pay our employees for their time.
Less than 24 hours, we can do our best to fill the slot if we have a client on the waitlist and not charge you if we fill your appointment. Please know you can cancel online up to 24 hours with no fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services if no one is on the wait list.
No-shows will be charged 100%.
Your account will be locked until payment is made if your card declines.
At this time, we are not selling any gift cards in person -only via online. If you have a gift card and want to use it, please have your gift card present at check out or you will be asked to pay an alternative way. We can research a misplaced e-gift card only with 24 hours' notice. If you lost your plastic gift card, we treat those as cash and can’t help you.
